Fitbit inspire 3 downloading rawdata for heart rate beat perminute by time stamp

Dear Team, 

I own a fitbit inspired 3 .

I want to do some analysis on my health data. I will use excel for the same.

All i am looking for now is timestamp and bpm value 

Where do i download this , i search it all in your export file no where i got

I haven't tried it but you can (I think) export data via Google account -> Data & privacy -> Fitbit -> ... (or directly via Fitbit app -> Profile -> Your data in Fitbit)

No idea what kind of data it provides thought.

Android also has "Health Connect" app that allows to share data between apps. So maybe that could help ?

I also see Fitbit/Fit data at https://takeout.google.com/ - it offers to download in multiple formats (no idea what is included thought)
