hello! i’ve been having trouble with my Fitbit inspire 3 for three days now; for some reason my watch won’t show my “kilometers/ distance” or my “Active Zone” (both data appear with “0”) but it does show my Step Count. Meanwhile, when I open the app I can see the information for both “km/ distance” and “Active Zone” (just not on my watch).
I tried syncing my watch through the app already like 5 times but both data still show on the watch as “0”. I also tried to restart the watch 2 times but still nothing changed, and also tried charging it even though it has battery. I even tried putting a different clock theme on but still shows as “0”. I also checked if I needed to update the app or the watch but there was no update available.
Also, this problem only happens with my regular steps, because yesterday I went for a run and started the exercise through the watch and the “kilometers/ distance” and “Active Zone” did appear but only for the time I ran not for the equivalent of the steps I took through the rest of the day.

So, just to make sure I am understanding, your “kilometers/ distance” or my “Active Zone” are showing as Zero on the Fitbit. You are not seeing them as shown below.

hello, thanks for replying 🙂 to answer your question, it now shows my “Active Zone” but not my kilometers (as seen below)

@mirseana Since some days have passed, can you confirm if this situation continues?
In the meantime I suggest you try to set up as a new device your Inspire 3.
