Hello everyone, for the past couple of days my inspire 3 hasn’t been keeping proper track of completed hourly activity but the app on my phone has. Yesterday it was showing two hours incomplete when I’d definitely done more than the default 250 steps and today it’s automatically completing each segment despite me not moving.
Has anyone encountered this and how best to fix? Do I need to do a factory reset?
