I just got an inspire 3, and it’s heart rate tracking is so off. It’s saying my resting heart lying in bed is 123, whereas Apple Watch is saying 64. I checked it manually and Apple Watch is correct. Yesterday I went for a walk, my Apple Watch said 150bpm, again correct, and Fitbit said 109bpm. I could feel my heart pounding so I know that was wrong again. Why is it not working properly? I’ve tried different strap tightness, wrist position etc and it’s still wrong
