My Fitbit stopped syncing a few weeks back - due to illness I wasn't in a position to do much about it. Having followed all the troubleshooting steps I ultimately disconnected it and now it won't even reconnect again - I just get the "Something Went Wrong - an error occurred. Please try again" message. I've checked every status and setting in all the guides and nothing.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S26 with up to date Android and app versions.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Best AnswerThank you - the missing nudge seemed to be resetting the Fitbit itself which I hadn't seen in the other guides I'd found. Definitely would have saved me some time! Glad it's sorted now though, thanks again.
