Hi, @Gnosh, welcome to the community, I trust you will not find yourself in the same position again. If you do your first step will be to restart your Inspire 3, provided you do not use the factory reset you will not lose your data.

How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center describes the process.

If you have difficulty syncing refer to this article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center

I hope this helps.

Cheers

I restarted the Fitbit multiple times over several days of troubleshooting.

I turned blue tooth on and off. Restarted the phone. Force quit the app.
Uninstalled, reinstalled. I followed all the troubleshooting steps. The
device would not sync until I reset the data. Had I tried resetting the
data on the first day I would not have lost 4 days of data. -G
