GPS not recording all of a class

My inspire 3 only records stats for half of a kickboxing class. Why?

Hi, @tiinlizzy  are you using the exercise app on your Inspire 3 to record your workout?  That will be the best way of recording your kickboxing class.  For activities that involve a lot of wrist movement unfortunately sometimes the app can get paused or even ended completely if your sleeve or gloves brush against the Fitbit screen.  If you are able to it might be worth glancing at your Fitbit several times during the class to make sure the exercise app is still running.  It might also help to wear your Fitbit a little higher on your wrist and as much as possible away from sleeves or gloves.

Note that GPS does not work indoors and on the Inspire 3 only is available when connected to your phone’s GPS.
