Hi
I’m new to the Fitbit world, and recently bought an Inspire 3.
I want to be able to track my routes when on runs, walks etc and thought it was working however I’m struggling to see where the map is on my Fitbit app. As far as I can tell my GPS is working.
Does anyone know how to specifically check the location is working, and also how to find the route on the Fitbit app.
Thank you !

Hi, @JENED1312 , in order to see a map of your route you will need to track your activity using the exercise app on your Inspire 3. When you track a step based activity using the exercise app (for example walking, running, hiking, golf, etc) you will have the option to connect to your phone’s GPS. If the connection is successful and stable your Fitbit will gather the information from your phone.
Once your activity is finished (don’t forget to end it using the exercise app on the Inspire 3!) and you have synced your Inspire 3 to your phone you should find the details of your activity, including the map, on the exercise section of the app.
On the opening screen of your app scroll to find the exercise tile and click on that. It should show you a list of recent activities tracked by your Inspire 3. Click on your step based activity that you have tracked (walk, etc) and you should see details of your pace, distance, calories, heart rate, steps etc, and a map of your route.
If you have not used the exercise app and relied on auto tracking of your activity a map will not be available.
A help article giving full details of how to track your activities using the exercise app is here . You may also find helpful this article which gives information on the GPS options for your Fitbit.
I hope this helps. Please post again with any further questions if anything is unclear. Welcome to the forums!
