Getting constant step notifications on my Inspire 3

hi!

my inspire 3 (after being helped by fitbit support) has been giving me constant notifications for my steps. the device is constantly buzzing which is very irritating. how do i disable notifications for how many steps i've taken from the fitbit device?

they have not gotten in touch with me. every time i call they say someone will call me later that day and it doesn't happen. i can't have my wrist vibrating constantly
