After the Daylight Savings time change on Sunday morning (Nov. 5), my tracker/app mis-recorded my sleep time. It said I only slept for 3 hours, which is incorrect. I slept for 7+. Due to this incorrect data, I have not received a readiness score since Sunday. I will have to wait until Thursday, when 4 consecutive nights of sleep have been recorded, to begin receiving a readiness scores again. I’m a little skeptical that it will work! I contacted support and they said the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, but not so. When I tried to manually edit my sleep time for that night, lots of my previous sleep data was messed up. I deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, and turned my phone off and back on. None of these actions fixed anything. Anyone else experience this problem, now or in the past? Is it going to always be glitchy when the time changes?

I dunno about you, but mine had me all confused last weekend. It changed before it should have and it also skipped a day forward. I thought if I synced it that would fix it, but it won’t sync. It’s probably all confused. Now mine says the right time, but Friday instead of Thursday. Otherwise I’ve had no issues.

Hi Everyone. Welcome to the community forums.
Thanks for the details you've shared, and the steps tried on your end, I appreciate it. I wanted to let you know that this issue has been escalated by our team and they're currently working on it. I'm sorry if this caused any inconvenience and let me recommend keeping the Fitbit app updated, as well as your Fitbit device syncing to keep the rest of your information updated.
Remember that If you sync your device it automatically will set up the time and date. If you are having difficulties syncing your device, please see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Just update the app through the App Store. If you don’t have the option then it might already be up to date.

Thank you for chiming in. Update: It’s been 14 days since the time change (daylight savings in NC on Nov. 5). I wear my Fitbit all day and night, and only take it off to bathe and recharge. Since then, the following has happened:
1. Readiness score has not returned. When I tap on the tile, it says the score is not available and to make sure readiness is turned on in settings. I have scoured settings. There is no option to turn the readiness feature on. Under “manage features”, readiness no longer appears as a turned on features. I did not turn it off! The only thing I can find online as instructions to start it is to tap the tile and follow set up procedures. There are no procedures.
2. My sleep function now records 2 overlapping scores per night. It names the first as the specific night of the week being recorded. It names the second as “today”. For example, last night it says Saturday, 10:48 PM to 5:30 AM, and next, it says Today, 12:15 AM to 8: 22 AM. Two overlapping sleep scores. To be clear, this happens every night, even when I go to sleep before midnight. Other nights, it says I’ve only slept 2, 3, or 4 hours, which is never true. In addition, I have a bedtime alarm set and it no longer notifies me.
I’ve contacted support via chat 3 or 4 times and get the same run around every time. I waited 24 hrs. No fix. I waited 4 days. No fix. I have deleted and reinstalled my app. No fix. I have logged out and back in. No fix. I have turned my Fitbit off and back on. No fix. I have turned my phone off and back on. No fix. My app clock is correctly set.
What else am I supposed to do?!?!? I’m in the 6 month trial period for Premium that came with my Inspire 3. If this issue isn’t resolved, I won’t pay to keep premium.

Here’s last night (Sunday, but technically Monday morning after midnight). Cannot figure out what is happening! You can see it was only 7:39 AM, but one of the scores says I slept past 8!
