I have been having an issue with my three main goals changing every morning, those specifically being hourly movement, sleep times, and calorie intake. Each morning I can only change them to be correct by changing them drastically different. Think 1am-11am for hourly movement just for it to change to 10am-8pm or having an over 6,000cal intake for it to come down to something more than 500cal a day.
I am incredibly frustrated having to change this on a daily basis, it should not be this difficult for the program to be set and not change my goals on daily, sometimes more, basis. Has anyone else experienced this issue, if so how have you resolved it other than switching to a different health tracker entirely?
