I cannot migrate my account to Google, apparently because when I set up my Fitbit account several years ago, I did so with a free gmail account. When I click to migrate to that account, I get an error message saying that I can’t migrate to a Workspace account, but it isn’t a Workspace account. Chat and phone help are saying to create another new Google account, but if the “benefit” of this process is everything under one Google account, why would I create a new one just for this? I would think many people originally signed up with Fitbit using a gmail account and now all of us need a new account to complete the migration? There must be an easier way, but nothing I’ve seen in the forums or Google instructions offers one. Is anyone else having this issue and have you found a fix short of creating another account?
