Hi,
I am really enjoying enjoying inspire 3, love the display, alarm and the app. I am concerned with my HRV readings of consistent 17 to 19. I bought a Polar heart monitor strap on amazon and used it with Elite Hrv app to measure my HRV a few times a day I am getting consistent 56 to 58. My readiness score is also a concern, I either get 1 or 27. I am wondering if my fitbit is faulty and I should return it.

I found that it took several weeks or a month for my Readiness Score to start making sense. After a while, I think it decided that my average HRV was 12 or something and that stopped dragging down my Readiness Score.
I've been tracking my Readiness Score for about a year now and it seems to follow my sleep and previous activity level most of the time. I think yours will probably become more meaningful eventually. In the meantime, just do whatever activities you would normally do and ignore the Readiness Score for now.

@MF14 This is an issue with Fitbit, in general, not just the Inspire 3. I've experienced this with various devices. My HRV is about 5 times higher with my Polar chest strap than with any Fitbit I've used. I just ignore Fitbit's HRV values, because they just don't seem very meaningful.

How about the readiness score, it seems to be mostly based on HRV and sleep?
