I had an HRV score consistently for a while and then it suddenly stopped 5 days ago. I have done all the things everyone recommends-restarting the device, making sure I have the latest version, clearing out cache, logging in and out, checking that the green lights are on. I am keeping between 6-8 hours every night and all other data is being tracked: HR, O2 sats, sleep stages, etc. what is the issue?

Hi, @mkreed333, welcome, you may find this article of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center you will note you must be asleep for at least 3 hours for HRV to be evaluated and wear it all day & all night.
If you are a restless sleeper this may be interrupting the process.
I hope hope this helps.
Cheers

Thank you. I have been sleeping consistently between 6.5-8 hours. And I do wear the Fitbit all day and night. When I first got it it was tracking HRV every night and then 5 days ago it suddenly stopped.
