Did you mean:

HRV zero considered normal range 🤷🏻‍♀️

When my Fitbit inspire 3 doesn’t track hrv properly it saves as zero rather than missing / null. This means that the app now says

“Your HRV during sleep is 0 ms, which is within your personal range. This shows your body is getting the recovery it needs to match your current activity level”

This is misleading. And presumably if I had a HRV of ten or some other worrying low score it would now tell me this is within my personal range. Can Fitbit please fix this so the score is recorded as missing or null rather than zero and do not indicate this value is “in range” on any of the relevant screens. If this is already reported as a bug to be fixed somewhere please share the link
