I lost my Fitbit, so I've been using mobile track while I wait for the new Fitbit to be delivered. Every morning, I wake up and have tens of thousands of steps. They disappear sometimes, leaving my actual step count, but then keep reappearing, which makes it very hard to know what my current step count is. (By the next day, it shows a normal step count for that day.) And it seems to take some of my steps in the process. The day before yesterday, it kept saying I had 30,000+ steps. It briefly told me that I had 10,760, then switched back to 30K+. In spite of the fact that I walked a lot more steps after the 10,760 reading, that was allegedly my total for the day.
How can I make these extra steps go away and make mobile track work properly? So many companies make step counters that are just phone apps and work correctly: why won't yours?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

My suggestion: do not use Mobile Track. Remove it as a device. There are plenty of free phone pedometer apps; then just use that step total to manually add a daily walk of that total.

I hope this helps but lease post here again if you are still stuck.
Cheers
