Health Metrics stopped working Insoore 3

Fitbit health metrics stopped working on inspire 3 tracker and on app..  Only thing that appears is skin temp variation.  The sleep tracker has also changed.  Only hong tracking is steps, calories and miles.  Restarted Fitbit and still not working.  Also reinstalled Fitbit app.  Tracker is only 6 months old.

@Ebharr are you able to see a green light on the back of your Fitbit? That is used to measure heart rate and it sounds like yours may be turned off.

I also cannot open my Fitbit app this morning.

How do you turn the green light back on?

@Ebharr and @debg1001 There are two things to check. First, swipe down on the watch face until you come to Settings. Open that and swipe up until you get to Heart Rate. If it's turned off, turn it on. If it's turned on, turn it off, wait a few seconds and then turn it on again. 

Second, your Fitbit can be set to wear on your wrist or on a clip. If it's set for clip, the heart rate monitor will automatically be turned off. To check that, swipe down on the clock face and make sure it says "worn on wrist". If it doesn't, tap that setting and change it.

How do you get the green light to turn back on?  Also, swiped down to heartrate on my inspire 3, but can't  open it.  Looks like it's on....
