Hear rate not showing on the Fitbit app

Heart rate not showing again on the app. The actual Fitbit itself is showing it, I have my heart rate tracker on, I’ve tried all the restarting, disconnecting, reconnecting, signing out, signing in, deleting and reinstalling, 24 hour time, all the usual stuff we’re told to do. Any other suggestions?

Hi, @taylasversion , usually when something is showing up on the Fitbit itself, but not being reflected on the app, that suggests a failure to sync, or an incomplete sync (where some data are there, but other data are missing).  Often this corrects itself after some time, but you could also try forcing a sync.
