My Fitbit inspire is collecting HR data, but not showing it in app. It records the resting heart rate from sleeping but does not show the heart rate data during exercise or as the day goes by. When I look at the device, it shows HR. I have tried clearing personal data, restarting Fitbit device, uninstalling & reinstalling device and app. I guess I switch to Apple Watch? My husband & son’s fitbits are both displaying HR correctly. What is up? My Fitbit is new. I bought a new one just to fix this from my old one. So incredibly frustrating.
