Please make it possible for those of us with Inspire 3 Fitbits (or all Fitbits) to set up alerts for heart rates we manually select. Due to a health condition, my healthcare provider has asked me not to let my heart rate exceed 100. I thought I could set up my Inspire 3 to alert me when my heart rate reaches or exceeds 100, but it turns out that this function is not yet available (at least not on the Inspire 3). Thank you.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community. Some Fitbit models have a high and low heart rate alert feature and it is available on the Inspire 3. Unfortunately, you can't program the feature to alert you the way you need it. It alerts you ONLY when it detects that you are above the set limit after ten minutes at rest. It can't alert you when it happens during activity. You need to search for a different brand to meet your needs.

Thank you, @LZeeW. Yes, I saw that. Do you by chance happen to know of any brands which have a high and low heart rate alert feature that can be programmed to alert the wearer when the high or low heart rate happens during activity?

I'm sorry, but I don't have any information on other brands. I would have shared that in my first response. You have a specific need that Fitbit can't meet.
Update: I took a look at the Apple Watch high and low heart rate alerts. The parameters are similar to the Fitbit parameters. Your heart rate must be high for a minimum of ten minutes and it only alerts you if you are at rest.
