Heart rate alerts

Is there a way to get your fitbit (inspire 3) to give you high BPM alerts even during activity? I want to be able to set an alert for if my heart rate goes over 110 at any point

I have it set to give me an alert if I'm not doing activity (scared me a few days as I was asleep when it vibrated at me) but I need a way for it to buzz at me if my heart rate goes over a certain threshold whilst I'm walking around so I know it's high and to sit down for a bit

I want to be able to keep a log of when my BPM becomes excessive during gentle activity so I can pace myself as when it spikes to  just doing shopping or simple housework I can rest for a few minutes. If I continue doing stuff when it gets this high I end up washed out and fatigued for hours if not days afterwards but if I'm busy doing something I don't always remember to check my fitbit to see what my live heart rate is

No Fitbit can do it. Workaround could be setting one of your HR zones to start at that threshold and using manual activity tracking (Exercise app on watch) and HR zone notification. Then it will vibrate whenever you enter the zone which marks your threshold. I can't think of any other way of achieving what you need.

Hello @warawn2

I moved your post from the Charge 6 product help forum to the Inspire 3 forum since that's the Fitbit device referenced in your post.

As @Triletics mentioned, there currently isn't a way for your Fitbit device to notify you about high heart rate when you're doing any kind of activity. When you are active, it's expected that your heart rate will increase. The suggested workaround might work and is worth a try.

If you haven't already done so, you might be interested in reading the information in this help article: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
