I joined Fitbit in 2021 and had the inspire 2 which worked great. I decided to get inspired 3 and it’s been a month and the heart rate does not read properly. I have been doing the same walk for three years when I put the inspire 2 and the inspire 3 the inspire 3 reads at 95 and the inspire 2 is at 115. I have to keep adjusting the inspire 3 on my wrist to get the right reading it goes up for 2 mins to 116 and drops down to 90. I have restarted my device multiple times. My walk stays the same but some days the heart rate stays steady and most days heart rate keeps dropping. It’s really frustrating because I don’t get my zone minutes and I know my heart rate is in fat burn. I don’t know if I should go back to inspire 2 or ditch Fitbit all together. How am I supposed to keep the watch on my hand without the heart rate dropping?

I have to say that my heart rate seems to be higher than my Inspire 3 indicates when I am exercising, but I don't have anything else to compare it to.
I seem to recall reading a few posts within the pinned post about the latest V194.91 firmware release about getting erratic heart rate measurements after updating to V194.91, so you may want to check those posts out.

Yes I have also seen that my heart rate spikes to 185 on a normal walk. Most of the time it’s abnormally high or very low. 🤷:female_sign:
