As of a few days ago, my Inspire 3 is no longer showing my heart rate during exercise. How can I get that back on the app?

Same issue.  Tried chat complaint, not effective communication.  What’s a fitness tracker without heart rate?  Noticed 11/23/2023.  Sister had same problem but other sister and daughter not this problem.  Plus my Fitbit keeps loosing its connection with blue tooth on the app.  Super annoying.

This is very frustrating.

this is the main reason I bought fitbit. 
maybe Apple Watch next time.
