Heart rate graph not showing on my app

Iv just received an inspire 3. Iv added it to my app but in the heart rate section it just says 'no measurements' and has no graphs like it normally would. Iv tried uninstalling the app, clearing the cache and restarting my phone ect but nothing seems to work.

Hi, @CharlC89 , welcome to the community, may I suggest you check the settings on your Inspire 3? From the clock face swipe down to settings>swipe up to quiet modes, tap & check DND is off, sleep modes are not engaged and you are not in a sleeping time>return to the main settings>check HR slider is in the on position>return to the main settings & check "Worn on Wrist" is displayed if it says worn on clip tap to change it.  When it's on the clip setting HR is disabled & the LEDs on the back do not flash.

Thankyou for your reply. Iv just checked all of these and it's still not working. My heart rate is showing on the device but nothing on the app.

Hi, @CharlC89 , can you see the HR tile in the "Today" screen of the Fitbit app on your phone -

If not touch the edit button in the top right & swipe to the bottom where you will be offered the tile with an "add" button, touch that & return to and touch done.

Yes I can see it. But when I click on it, it says no measurements

Hi, @CharlC89 , when you touch the HR tile will see a graph at the top, if you've just started using your Inspire 3 it might be but swipe up to get "this week" and under that today, touch today to get details. Try restarting your Inspire 3 again as well but do not do a factory reset as you'll lose the data.

There is no graph at the top. The fitbit is syncing fine because everything else is on there steps ect it's literally just the heart rate that isnt

When you go to the online Dashboard (fitbit.com) do you see the heart rate measurements there?

This will help us confirm if the info is being saved in your account and if this is an app issue only

I came here because I'm having the same problems. I upgraded from an Inspire 2 to an Inspire 3 - got it on Saturday, and even though the HR is showing on the dashboard, there haven't been any graphs yet.

Hi, I tried everything suggested above several and non seemed to do anything. It suddenly started showing graphs a few hours later. Not sure what it was that made it work specifically though, sorry

Please on the setting of you phone, go to Apps>Fitbit App and delete the Cache. 

Restart the phone (off/on) 

Log into the app again .
