Heart rate on Fitbit and app not matching

My Inspire 3 was correctly tracking my heart rate, but when I go to the Fitbit app to see my heart rate data it is not the same as what I saw on my Fitbit. I saw 130 bpm on my Fitbit but on the app it says the highest I got today was 119. I restarted it but it didn't fix the issue.

As I understand it, the App uses a moving average of about 5 minutes for displaying heart rate, so that smoothing operation is probably responsible for your observation.

Hi @spiders319  ! Welcome to the forums !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your heart rate on Fitbit and app are not matching.

It could be due to a syncing issue caused by an old firmware in your device.

Could you please verify if your Inspire 3 is up-to-date ? How do I update my Fitbit device?
This procedure is done directly from your Fitbit application.
