on my main screen it says mt HR ranged between 59 to 126 BPM yesterday (for example), but then the beats per minute graph only depicts heart rate spikes as low 65 as and as high as 110. I bought this device specifically to track my heart rate since I have been feeling like I get periods of tachycardia so this is a little concerning. Can you please advise if there is a fix for this? I have tried take the app off, updating my phone, and restarting then redownloading but it stays the same

The big disclaimer at the front of this article reads: "Heart rate monitors are devices that can detect and track your heart or pulse rate continuously. Most of these devices are wearable, and many are highly accurate. While these devices can be valuable tools in monitoring your health, they aren't as accurate as approved medical devices, and you shouldn’t use them in place of medical care."
