Any recurring alarm that contains the next day turns to grey with x and does not go off at set time. Any non-repeating alarm is not affected. The repeating alarm that is affected can be a single day or part of a grouped day schedule. In a repeating single alarm all is well except the day before the set time the alarm turns grey with x and does not go off at set time. In a repeating grouped day alarm if day before set time is included then alarm is grey with x and does not work.

I have this issue too. From what I can find on this forum, it is a known issue on a few different models of Fitbit and has been effecting them since an update in March 2025. I use recurring alarms to remind me to do a few things each day as well as to wake me up in the morning and it is one of the reasons I purchased a new fit bit when my old one stopped working. Icm assuming a fix will be issued at some point but at the moment, the device isn't fit for purpose and I am seriously considering requesting a refund as who knows if it will ever be fixed!
