Today when I tried to change Fitbit Inspire 3 for clock change it defaulted to 6am-6pm & when I change & press set it just defaults back

@AW67   This happens to all users when their country switches from its summer time to standard time.  It will fix itself tomorrow, but you can't get correct hours today.
