Bought an Inspire 3 to track my heart rate. I don't need to see my email on my wrist or all this other nonsense.
Every time I look at it, I have to swipe and tap like 6 times to see my actual heart rate. Not my resting. Resting you can show me once a day. Not 50 times.
It's like you just said yes to every feature request. Please make it stop.
iOS settings do not seem to allow me to turn off features or even instruct what I want as the default view.

Hello @fitfrustrate and welcome to the Community. Here is a link to an excellent YouTube video that shows all available Inspire 3 clock faces. Many of the clock faces are interactive and you can see your current heart rate on your clock face.
As far as you last statement goes, Fitbit doesn't seem to allow screen customization in its trackers. I noticed the same thing with a Charge 3, Charge 4, and my Luxe. I'm an iPhone user. It's a Fitbit thing, not an iOS thing.
