How come I got 148 active zone minutes on Inspire3 yesterday and fitbit says it was light activity?

 Inspire 3 says I got 148 active zone minutes yesterday, and says that is light activity. How many active zone minutes do I need to count as moderate activity? I am 74 year old woman, active every day.

Depending on how long you stay on an hear rate zone, you can find different amounts of active zone minutes.
