I have found the option to edit the workout on the website, and change the workout type to Crossfit. However, I can't find an option to add CrossFit as one of the five exercise options on the Inspire 3 (using the iPhone app).
Also, during exercise, is it possible to view the heart rate, this is of more value to me than the calories or steps, which I can check later.
Thanks
Gareth

I see that now. Crossfit was not one of the original 20 or so exercise shortcut options there. That list was fairly recently expanded to about 40 options that does include Crossfit, but I guess only for the smart watches such as Sense and Versa lines, at least for now. Fitbit does recommend if your exact exercise is not included, Workout is always a good choice.
Actually the choice of workout makes less difference that many people think. Calorie burn is all based on heart rate irrespective of the exercise chosen.

Thank you for that. I had got that far (other than the rearranging the order). I was hopping I could add the Crossfit Option to the list (its not available on the existing list.
