can anyone give me directions on the inspire 3 to change the time from military time to reg time? Thanks

That is done in the app.

Just click the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app Today screen and then go to 'fitbit settings' > 'app settings' to change clock setting from 24 hr to 12 hr.

Resync the Inspire 3 device to the app after doing that.
