How do I delete what I don't use in the Fitbit app?

I am not interested in the 2 food additions.  Is there not a way to delete them?

Hello @Shirleywas and welcome to the Community.  Can you please give a few more details?  Are you trying to customize your Inspire 3 screen or your mobile app?

I guess that would be it. There are 3 areas I'm not following in, but
there's no way to take them off.

It's on the mobile app that I would like to delete the three that I don't use.

@Shirleywas   Tap on the pencil icon in the upper right.  Toggle off the items you don't want to see.  You'll also see the you can customize the order in which groups of items appear by using the up and down arrows.  Unfortunately, you can't change the order within a group.
