How do I see my HR on the main screen on my Inspire 3?

Hey there. I hope someone can help. 

I want to be able to get easy access to my heart but does not seem to be easy. 

I either want to simply be able to turn my wrist and see my heart rate. Or touch to turn on and see my heart rate. 

At the moment I have to touch to turn on and then screen down.

Hello @Noodles1984 and welcome to the Community.  This YouTube video show a clock face called Playful.  It only shows the current time and your heart rate.  Also, if your Inspire 3 doesn't come on when you turn your wrist, please check your Quick Settings to verify its setting.  I don't use an Inspire 3, but you might get the help you need by tapping on the device/battery icon on your app > your Inspire 3 tile > tap on the bright pink How to Use.  Also, you can download the User Manual from This page.
