I made a group with my wife, we want to be able to see where the other is at for # of steps so far in the day. I know it used to be possible, is it still? I can only see her weekly average. We both have Inspire 3

@Stevenggggggga No, it's no longer possible. You can see daily steps of friends with the Stridekick app. It syncs with your Fitbit (and any other device) and it has challenges as well. But on Stridekick, you can go to a friend's profile and see their daily, weekly, monthly steps.

If you don't want to download Stridekick, the only other way to see where someone is at during the day in the Fitbit app is to go to their profile and look at their badges. You can see which badges they've earned for the day by clicking on one (say the 5,000 step badge) and it will tell you the date they last earned that badge. So if she hasn't earned the 10K badge for today, but she has earned the 5K badge, then you know she's somewhere between 5-10K steps. It's by all means not a perfect solution, but it is a semi-workaround.
