How do I set up irregular heart rhythm notification on Inspire 3?

I have a new Inspire 3, IOS 16.7.1 and latest app. I can’t find the irregular heart rhythm set up. In heart health notifications I can only see High and Low Heart Rate and heart rate zones. Detecting AFib arythmia is my main reason for buying the Fitbit. Help appreciated!

Hello @AussieLou60 and welcome to the Community.  Please follow this path.  Tap on the You icon in the bottom right of your Fitbit app.  Scroll down a bit to the Health assessments section and tap on Set up in the Irregular rhythm notifications tile.  Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the set up.  This is also the path to review your history after the feature is set up.

This feature is medically regulated and isn't available in all countries.  The country list is on this Google page.
