How do I turn off AZM on my Inspire 3?

Does anyone know how to turn off what seems to be constant active zone minute notifications? Tried Turing off on the Fitbit under settings, that didn’t work. Tried deleting from the iPhone app, that didn’t work. Don’t want AZM notifications buzzing on my wrist. Thank you!

To better assist you, please make sure you've turned off the notifications by following the steps below:

1. On your tracker, swipe left or right to the Exercise app, then swipe up to find an exercise.
2. Tap to choose an exercise, then swipe up through the exercise settings.
3. Tap Heart Zone Notifications to turn the setting on or off.

Heart-zone notifications you receive during everyday activity:

1. On your tracker, swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app. 
2. Open the Settings app > tap AZM Notifications to turn the setting on or off.

I have all those settings turned off and I’m still getting notifications on my tracker.
