How do I turn off email notifications on my Inspire 3?

I am suddenly getting email on my Inspire3. I was only grtting texts until yesterday when yesterday afternoon emails arrived, with a vengence ! I didnt even change any settings! How do I turn off the emails ?

Have you tried @Odyssey13's suggestions? In order to turn off these notifications, with your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab, and then tap the devices icon > your device > Tap Notifications and go to E-mail notifications and you'll see the option to disable this feature. However, since you're referring to more than one email app, please tap App Notifications and look for Yahoo and turn it off. You can find more information about notifications in this article as well. 

If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Fitbit device.
