How do I turn off notifications on my Inspire 3

Within the last few days I have started getting notifications from my iPhone when I receive messages. I am not able to turn these off, I feel as I have tried everything..

In the app settings no notifications are activated. I have logged out from the app, restarted my fitbit, looked for updates, enabled and then disabled notifications again. What else can I do?

Hi @K_Berg this article - click to view - tells how to set up notifications, so maybe go through and reverse that will help. Check your phone settings, too. When I changed phones, I had to reset my notifications (Android) on the app permissions. Could be that is where you need to turn them off.

Many thanks @Odyssey13! The trick was to disable system notifications in the bluetooth settings in the iPhone. So simple once you are made aware of it.. 😄

I'm so glad you got it the way you wanted, @K_Berg . It took me a day or two to realize my Inspire 3 was too quiet and had to play around with all the settings. Now I know how you iPhone people can get it disabled and it just might help others with the same problem. Keep on stepping!
