How do I turn off notifications on my Inspire 3?

I just got an Inspire 3, my first Fitbit, and paired it with my phone. I didn’t tell it to send me push notifications for every text message I get but that’s what it’s doing, and I can’t find where to turn it off - there’s no option under the Fitbit phone app settings. Help!!

To turn off notifications you can go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Inspire 3 > Tap Notifications and go to E-mail, Text, Calls notifications and you'll see the option to disable them. 

If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Inspire 3.
