Hi, @RunningGirl328, welcome to the community. To provide meaningful advice we need a clearer understanding of your problem. The most likely issues you might have are as follows.

  1. If your "Inspire 3" time display is a few minutes out (it should match your phone time display) this is a symptom of a failure to sync. How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provide advice & guidance.
  2. If your "Inspire 3" time display is displaying a different time zone (perhaps you've been travelling recently) then you can correct it as follows. From the "Today" screen in your Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top left corner>app settings>disable "Automatic Time zone">Select Time Zone>select your correct time zone>return to "Today" & sync by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck or I have misunderstood your question please post here again.

Cheers
