I got the Inspire 3 for Christmas and I am trying to understand how to use the sleep tracking. I thought this was included, but it looks like I might have to pay? Not sure how this works, but I desperately need it as I suffer from insomnia and restlessness at night. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, @ochia03. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I will be glad to answer your inquiry. I understand how important is to you to track your sleep. I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that wrist-based Fitbit devices and Google Pixel Watch series automatically detect your sleep when you wear your device to bed. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device You don't have to pay for this feature as tracking your sleep is free.
The only paid feature is Fitbit Premium. However, since your Inspire 3 is new, you have a free trial for this feature. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit Premium
