@amymurray122   Fitbit uses the 220 - age = maximum heart rate equation.  Fitbit lets you set a custom max heart rate, but you might not get the moderate/vigorous/peak zones you want.  Here are the steps to set a custom max heart rate:

  • Tap on your profile picture in the upper right of your app, then Fitbit settings
  • Tap on Heart rate in the Preferences section
  • Tap on Heart rate zones in the Feature settings
  • Tap on Max heart rate in the Custom section
  • Enter 200 in the Max rate (your doctor's recommendation)

I hope this gets you closer to your requested zones, but it won't be perfect.
