How to avoid continuing vibrations from Inspire 3

I've had my Inspire 3 for about a week now and it is driving me crazy.  It continually vibrates.  I have been in the settings and have turned off all notifications and related settings except for two heart monitors.  Yet I continue to receive "You're earning Zone Minutes" notifications.  Turning off unwanted notifications should not be this hard.  Can someone please tell me how to shut off the Zone Minutes notification?  Thanks.

Thank you.  I found the AZM Notifications turned on and was able to turn it off.  I appreciate your response.

I spoke too soon.  I am still getting vibrations on my device.  It is very annoying.  I have taken the steps described in the "turn off notifications" link above.  I am completely at a loss on how to turn these notifications off.  Are there any other steps that I can take?
