My inspire 3 has randomly change language to Korean, how do I change this back to English

Changing the language on your phone changes the language in the Fitbit app.

You can try to change the language on your Inspire 3 this way:

From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit settings > App Settings.
Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
Choose your country, then sync your device.
Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.
