 After I updated the sensitivity get much less on 4981 steps up to 5000, and over 5000 steps it gets the normal sensing for steps again.

This does if my activity is low and just walking in house, the counter stops! Only way to get it going, is to shake it hard and get steps count over 5000 steps.

I had this same problem with the Inspire 2, but thought that it was fixed to the Inspire 3 ☹

Howdy, I don't think you can manually downgrade/rollback firmware.  If we could, I am sure many people would have.
