When I first started with Fitbit I was able to enter the number of steps I wanted daily. Since I have aged and have some health problems I would like to put my daily number of steps down to 7500, however I have been unable to find how to change to that number. Can anyone help me?  Thank You, PAJT

@PAJT   Please do the following to change your step goal:

  • Tap on the You icon in the lower right of the Fitbit app.  The icon looks like four rounded edge squares, with "You" underneath.  The font is very tiny.
  • Swipe up on the screen until you see the Goals section.
  • Tap on Activity.
  • Tap on the Steps tile.
  • Set it to 7500, using the "-"
  • Tap on the Green Set goal.
