I have an Inspire 3 that I've had less than a year. The plastic around one side that holds the band mechanism broke making it impossible to attach a band.
I've searched all over the Fitbit site and can find links to where you can obtain warranty service, but all of those links just take you to the main help page .. where you get help to get the warranty link .. which takes you right back to the same place.

@BrokenBand102 go to the form I sent you. Put in "broken band Inspire 3" and it will ask you more. Select "other" and then "continue" to where it lets you select how to get contacted. They call you or you call them - it's all in there. There is no link I can give you other than the one I already posted. Give it a try and see what happens. Support options may have changed, but if I could wiggle in, you ought to be able to as well.

Yes, that's the start of what turns out to be a loop. Any link I encounter that claim to be instructions on filing a warranty claim, or to get an RMA, simply loops back to basic "What is the warranty" info. For example,
https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/legal/returns-and-warranty
---
Since my FItbit was purchased in 2024, it sends me over to Google Support, and there, it looks hopeful at first, but following the steps to initiate a warranty claim just sends you to the home page for Google Search.

Try speaking with a human to get your RMA started, if Google even allows that anymore.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bill_209. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 broke and will be glad to help.
In order to get assistance with the Warranty, you should contact us with the form that @Odyssey13 shared with you. I checked the link that @Bill_209 shared but since it's not official Fitbit information, I'm not sure if those numbers will work.

The link that was shared isn't a form to initiate a warranty claim. It is just a help search page. If I type in "warranty claim" in the search box or anything like it, it just takes me back to the warranty description.
There is no link that I can find that is actually a form to initiate a warranty claim. All of the links regarding warranty just tell you what the warranty is.
For what it's worth, my Fitbit was purchased this year which means Google owns support for it. I finally was able to find a means to contact support by starting at the Google Store and working forward. It wasn't straightforward, but I got there.

Thanks for getting back to us and for your information @BrokenBand102.
I'm sorry I wasn't clear enough about the warranty process. As @Odyssey13 mentioned, there isn't a direct link for a warranty claim since in order to claim the warranty, it's needed to follow the troubleshooting steps through Customer Support. Thank you for sharing this information. I'm glad to hear that you were able to get the support you needed.
Thank you for sharing these useful instructions @Odyssey13.
