I am having trouble navigating my new Fitbit inspire. Right now I can't get it to re-set. I tried deleting the app, turning off Bluetooth and /or the phone. I like my Fitbit bit it's difficult maneuvering it for me.

Thanks a lot for the time you have invested so far in those steps, let me give you the appropriate steps for a re-set:
Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app, then tap to open it.
Swipe up until you find Restart Device and tap it.
Swipe up again and tap Restart to initiate the process.
If your tracker is not responding to touch, you will need to perform a long press on the button (or use the charging cable button, depending on your model) for about 10 seconds.
