How to remove Inspire 3 notification during walk?

ANSWERED

Hey!

After updating to version 2025 my Inspire 3 device started to pop up notifications when I walk. There is a text "Pace" and many numbers which I do not understand. You can get out of this display only by pushing "pause" and after that stopping the examination. I want to see e.g. my pulse during my walk but it is not possible if I do not quit the examination the way I described earlier. And after about seven minutes the same display pops up again and I have to stop the examination again.

How to I get rid off that very annoying pop up notification? I have tried to remove all notifications from the device and the application but nothing has stopped this pop up.

@Inspire_3_walk , A warm welcome to the Community!  Thank you for your message and efforts.

With the Firmware update a new feature was also installed. Auto Start.
This is another way for your Inspire 3 to autorecognize these activities (Bike, Elliptical, Rowing, Run, Spinning, or Walk)

The difference between Autostart and SmartTrack are as follows:

SmartTrack
This feature runs in the background as soon as an activity is detected. It can be turned on and off in the Fitbit app and is only available for seven different activities.
Instructions on how to turn it on and off can be found here: What activities does my Fitbit device automatically track?

AutoStart/AutoStop (the feature you described)

This feature was implemented with the new firmware. It opens the Workout app as soon as the Inspire 3 detects one of the seven new activities. The settings are located on the watch itself.

To change the Autostart/Autostop settings:

To change the view of the stats shown, just tap on the display
